Motorsport Adapter Kits

There are countless engine combinations that work well for sandbuggys and other VW based chassis. Using one of these adapter kits is an affordable way to achieve increased horsepower and torque. These engines are typically more reliable than the VW and can be less expensive to modify.

This is also an excellent way to make your project unique and give your vehicle character.

Our adapter plates are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and have an excellent fit and finish and can be polished to a show quality shine.

The flywheels are re machined and re surfaced stock 200 MM VW Bug 12V units.

We machine the flywheels as not to remove too much material in the bolt holes. This allows the bolts to hold the existing flywheel and doesn't rely on the weld for sole support. These small details sets us apart from our competitors .

Kits include adapter plate, flywheel, and new pilot bearing.

3.8 L Buick kits require match balancing. We will need the original flywheel from the motor to do this. It is included in the price.
